Terms of use
These terms apply to your use of InvoPanda at invopanda.com, a free tool run by an individual based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By using InvoPanda, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. The service
InvoPanda lets you create, download, print and share invoices, quotations and credit notes for free, without an account. The tool runs in your browser, and your documents aren't stored on our servers. See our privacy policy.
2. Your responsibilities
- You're responsible for the content of the documents you create, including names, prices, tax rates, totals and any legal or tax wording.
- You're responsible for making sure your documents meet the laws and tax rules that apply to you, such as VAT, GST or sales tax requirements and any rules about invoice numbering or record-keeping.
- Tax names and rates that InvoPanda suggests are general guidance only and may be out of date or not apply to you. They are not tax, legal or financial advice. If you're unsure, check with your tax authority or an accountant.
- InvoPanda is not a government e-invoicing system and doesn't connect to tax-authority platforms. If your country requires electronic invoicing through an approved system, you'll need to use that system.
- Keep your own copies of the documents you create. Clearing your browser data will delete anything saved in your browser.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use InvoPanda to create fake, misleading or fraudulent documents, to impersonate another person or business, or for any illegal purpose. You must not try to disrupt, overload or attack the site.
4. Share links
Anyone with a share link or QR code can view the document it contains. You decide who you share it with, and you're responsible for doing so appropriately.
5. Our name and content
The InvoPanda name, logo and website design belong to us. The documents you create, and the information in them, belong to you.
6. No warranty
InvoPanda is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for your particular needs. Please check your documents before you send them.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of InvoPanda or from documents created with it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update InvoPanda and these terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
